TRUserving the Johnson family

Hey everyone, now is the time for us to come together to finish what we started a few weeks ago. Praise God that Ken's open heart surgery went great and he is out of the hospital and walking around. Tate is going over every evening this week to help out and we will try to get a group together for Saturday. I you can join him on any of the evenings or on Saturday please contact him at the address listed in the left sidebar. It requires little experience, but a great big heart. If you have shovels or garden rakes bring them (and you might want to bring gloves).

Peace,
Jason

Mosaic Unites with Doulos

A team from Mosaic spent a week in the Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic recently. While there they helped out around the school, but really they were there to make connections for Christ and find out how we can serve the school in the future. They got to spend time with the kids from the school and share meals together, and most importantly to unite with all of them in Christ's love. Check out pictures from their trip on the sidebar. If you get the chance stop one of them and ask them how the trip was and what they heard from God. Yes I am sure that God spoke to each and everyone of them while they were there. Ask them how they are progressing with whatever God has placed on their hearts. Ask how you can pray for them. We cannot let what God has planned for them to fade away.

Remember Him,
Jason

Saturday May 2nd

Good evening my brothers and sisters in Christ. I have learned of a family (Ken & Rene Johnson) that has had their world rocked this week when they found out that Ken has to have open heart surgery in a couple of weeks. Their son is getting married in a few months and they have plan to use their back yard. That is where we get to serve our brother and sister. We need to complete the fence and patio that they had started before Ken goes in for surgery. As is our custom, sorry for the short notice, but we are going to finish their patio and fence this Saturday. See the side bar for contacting Ryan Tate and for the address and time. I am so thankful for how flexible and adaptable you all are in meeting these opportunities to serve each other. I pray that at all times you are representing our Lord and Saviour in a way that you shine to others.

Be salty,
Jason
