Hey everyone, now is the time for us to come together to finish what we started a few weeks ago. Praise God that Ken's open heart surgery went great and he is out of the hospital and walking around. Tate is going over every evening this week to help out and we will try to get a group together for Saturday. I you can join him on any of the evenings or on Saturday please contact him at the address listed in the left sidebar. It requires little experience, but a great big heart. If you have shovels or garden rakes bring them (and you might want to bring gloves).
Peace,
Jason

Mosaic Unites with Doulos
A team from Mosaic spent a week in the Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic recently. While there they helped out around the school, but really they were there to make connections for Christ and find out how we can serve the school in the future. They got to spend time with the kids from the school and share meals together, and most importantly to unite with all of them in Christ's love. Check out pictures from their trip on the sidebar. If you get the chance stop one of them and ask them how the trip was and what they heard from God. Yes I am sure that God spoke to each and everyone of them while they were there. Ask them how they are progressing with whatever God has placed on their hearts. Ask how you can pray for them. We cannot let what God has planned for them to fade away.

Saturday May 2nd
Good evening my brothers and sisters in Christ. I have learned of a family (Ken & Rene Johnson) that has had their world rocked this week when they found out that Ken has to have open heart surgery in a couple of weeks. Their son is getting married in a few months and they have plan to use their back yard. That is where we get to serve our brother and sister. We need to complete the fence and patio that they had started before Ken goes in for surgery. As is our custom, sorry for the short notice, but we are going to finish their patio and fence this Saturday. See the side bar for contacting Ryan Tate and for the address and time. I am so thankful for how flexible and adaptable you all are in meeting these opportunities to serve each other. I pray that at all times you are representing our Lord and Saviour in a way that you shine to others.

TRUserving First Glance
Wow, the building is coming along. Much has been done since we were in there helping the tear out and clean up of their new building. Many project are under way. We were able to help out with painting, drywalling, tear out another wall, and more clean up. I want to thank everyone who came out to help. Isn't it awesome, we got to serve alongside about twenty other people from a few churches around the area. The Lord's presence is strong when so many followers get together to do His work. It is amazing the progress they have made in a neighborhood that was entirely needing Christ's love. I feel so blessed to have been a part of it, and am thankful for your servant hearts. I can't wait to work along side of you all again. And I can't wait to see how God continues to use us.
Peace,
Jason

More moves
I know, I know, it has been a while since my last update. Since then we have had a few more moves. They have all gone smoothly and we have been able to help a few people. I am still amazed how willing you all are. Well now we have a couple of additional opportunities. These are for our craftsmen types. We get to help out down at First Glance again, now we are in the rebuilding stage. We will be hanging cabinets and building a food bar for them on August 30th. We also have a chance to help a family reroof their home. How exciting, to really get out there and make a difference in hundreds of kids lives in Kenmore, and help out a family recently moved into the area. Please email me if you are interested in either of these opportunities. Check out the pictures of our tear out of First Glance in the left sidebar. Have a wonderful week, I pray that the Lord take you and use you. I pray that he stresses you, as stress builds strenght and character.

TRUserving our Community
Good evening everyone. This past Saturday a group of us had the pleasure of helping out a couple in our Mosaic Community to move from their apartment to a new home. How exciting! Praise the Lord for the blessings he has rained on the Arnold's. I pray that the home will be a great blessing in their lives and the lives of their new neighbors. Anyway, thanks to Geoff for heading up a team to help out. He will give some update as to how the move went when he gets the chance.
In His love,
Jason
